1. The States parties shall submit to the Committee, through the Secretary-General, reports on the measures they have taken to give effect to their undertakings under the Convention, within one year after the entry into force of the Convention for the State party concerned.
1- تقدم الدول الأطراف إلى اللجنة، عن طريق الأمين العام، تقارير عن التدابير التي اتخذتها تنفيذاً لتعهداتها بمقتضى الاتفاقية، وذلك في غضون سنة واحدة بعد نفاذ الاتفاقية بالنسبة للدولة الطرف المعنية.

Article 19 of the Convention stipulates, inter alia, that States parties shall submit reports on the measures they have taken to give effect to its provisions, within one year after the entry into force of the Convention for the State party concerned.
تنص المادة 19 من الاتفاقية، فيما تنص عليه، على انه يجب على كل دولة طرف في الاتفاقية التقدم بتقارير عن التدابير التي اتخذتها تنفيذاً لنصوص هذه الاتفاقية، وذلك في غضون سنة واحدة من بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة للدولة الطرف المعنية.

7. Article 18, paragraph 1, of the Convention provides that States parties undertake to submit reports on the implementation of the Convention within one year after its entry into force for the State party concerned, and thereafter at least every four years and further whenever the Committee so requests.
7 - تنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 18 من الاتفاقية على أن تتعهد الدول الأطراف بتقديم تقارير عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية وذلك في غضون سنة واحدة من بدء النفاذ بالنسبة للدولة الطرف المعنية، ثم كل أربع سنوات على الأقل، وأيضا كلما طلبت اللجنة ذلك.

Under the terms of article 18 of the Convention, states parties undertake to submit to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, for consideration by the Committee instituted for this purpose, an initial report within one year after its entry into force, and periodic reports every four years thereafter, on the measures they have adopted to give effect to its provisions.
2 - وبموجب المادة 18 من هذه الاتفاقية، تتعهد الدول الأطراف بأن تقدم إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، للنظر من قبل اللجنة المشكلة لذلك، تقريرا أوليا عما اتخذته من تدابير من أجل إنفاذ أحكام هذه الاتفاقية، وذلك في غضون سنة واحدة من بدء النفاذ، وبعد ذلك تقارير دورية كل 4 سنوات.

Pursuant to article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention, and article 65 of the Committee's rules of procedure, as amended, the Committee requests the State party to inform it of its implementation of the recommendations contained in paragraphs 60, 61, 64 and 68 above, within one year of the adoption of the present conclusions.
76- وعملاً بأحكام الفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من الاتفاقية، والمادة 65 من النظام الداخلي للجنة، بصيغتها المعدلة، تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف إبلاغها بما تتخذه من الإجراءات لتنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في الفقرات 60 و61 و64 و68 أعلاه، وذلك في غضون سنة واحدة من تاريخ اعتماد هذه الاستنتاجات.
