Egypt noted the need for relevant United Nations organizations to gather information on the links between terrorism and other forms of crime and to create closer cooperation with Interpol in that respect.
ولاحظت مصر حاجة منظمات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة إلى جمع المعلومات عن الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة وإقامة تعاون أوثق مع منظمة إنتربول في هذا الخصوص.

25 - وألمحت بلدان أخرى إلى أنها لم تستطع ملاحظة وجود صلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة.

Sweden also noted that, without further investigation, a perceived increase in the links between terrorism and other forms of crime could be due to strengthened countermeasures taken by relevant authorities.
وذكرت السويد أيضا، دون استقصاء الأسباب، أن الزيادة الملحوظة في الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة يمكن إرجاعها إلى اشتداد التدابير المضادة التي اتخذتها السلطات المختصة.

It also recommended that different forms of technical assistance, including legal advisory services and hands-on advice on how to enforce legislation and to ensure adequate training of relevant personnel, be fostered in order to address more optimally the links between terrorism and other forms of crime.

22 - دَعَت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 58/136 الدول الأعضاء إلى موافاة الأمين العام بمعلومات عن طبيعة الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة بغية زيادة التآزر في تقديم المساعدة التقنية.

Linkages between terrorism and other forms of crime had increased in several countries over the past 10 years, while Comoros, Lebanon and Yemen reported a decrease in that link.
28 - لقد تزايدت الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة في العديد من البلدان على مدى السنوات العشر الماضية. وذكرت جزر القمر ولبنان واليمن حدوث تناقص في تلك الصلة.

وأوصى الاجتماع بأن تُيسّر مختلف أشكال المساعدة التقنية، على غرار صوغ تشريعات لتعديل التشريعات القائمة وتوفير خدمات المشورة القانونية وإسداء المشورة بشأن كيفية إنفاذ التشريعات وضمان التدريب الملائم للموظفين ذوي الصلة، وذلك بغية معالجة الصلات بين الإرهاب وسائر أشكال الجريمة على نحو أكثر فعالية وتعزيز أوجه التآزر والتعلّم من تجارب توفير المساعدة التقنية في مجالات أخرى.
