ويوصي الرؤساء بدعوة ممثلي الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة كيما تحضر اجتماعاتهم في المستقبل.

The Assembly urged once again all Governments and the executive heads of the specialized agencies and other organizations and programmes of the United Nations system to endeavour to present their views to the Secretary-General on this matter.

9. Calls upon the specialized agencies and other organizations and programmes of the United Nations system:
٩ - تطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ما يلي:

Noting the strengthening of cooperation between the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system and the Organization of the Islamic Conference and its specialized institutions,
وإذ تلاحظ تعزيز التعاون بين الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي ومؤسساتها المتخصصة،

Convinced that the strengthening of cooperation between the United Nations and other organizations of the United Nations system and the Organization of the Islamic Conference contributes to the promotion of the purposes and principles of the United Nations,
واقتناعا منها بأن تدعيم التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي يسهم في تعزيز مقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة ومبادئها، ـ

10. Calls upon the specialized agencies and other organizations and programmes of the United Nations system:
٠١ - تطلب إلى الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ما يلي:

Convinced that the strengthening of cooperation between the United Nations and other organizations of the United Nations system and the Organization of the Islamic Conference contributes to the promotion of the purposes and principles of the United Nations,
واقتناعا منها بأن تدعيم التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي يسهم في تعزيز مقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة ومبادئها،

Stressing that, because the development options of small island Non-Self-Governing Territories are limited, there are special challenges to planning for and implementing sustainable development and that those Territories will be constrained in meeting the challenges without the cooperation and assistance of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system,
وإذ يشدد على أن هناك تحديات خاصة تواجه تخطيط وتنفيذ التنمية المستدامة في اﻷقاليم الجزرية الصغيرة غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ﻷن الخيارات الانمائية القائمة فيها محدودة، وعلى أن اﻷقاليم ستجد صعوبة في مواجهة التحديات إذا لم تتعاون معها وتساعدها الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة،

Convinced that the strengthening of cooperation between the United Nations and other organizations of the United Nations system and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and its organs and institutions contributes to the promotion of the purposes and principles of the United Nations,
واقتناعا منها بأن تعزيز التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة من ناحية ومنظمة التعاون الإسلامي وهيئاتها ومؤسساتها من ناحية أخرى يسهم في تعزيز مقاصد الأمم المتحدة ومبادئها،

According to Article 9, the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system are to contribute to the full realization of the rights and principles set forth in the Declaration on Minorities.

The Assembly once again urged all Governments, competent regional economic integration organizations, and the executive heads of the competent specialized agencies and of other organizations and programmes of the United Nations system to continue to present their views to the Secretary-General on the matter.
وحثت الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى جميع الحكومات، ومنظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الاقليمي المختصة، والرؤساء التنفيذيين للوكالات المتخصصة ذات الصلة، وسائر مؤسسات وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، على مواصلة تقديم آرائها بشأن تلك المسألة الى اﻷمين العام.

9. Recommends that the United Nations and all organizations of the United Nations system make the greatest possible use of Arab institutions and technical expertise in projects undertaken in the Arab region;
9 - توصي بأن تقوم الأمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة بالاستفادة قدر الإمكان من المؤسسات والخبرات الفنية العربية في المشاريع التي تقام في المنطقة العربية؛

They therefore encouraged the study of international law at their universities and other institutions of higher education.
لذلك فإنها تشجع على دراسة القانون الدولي في جامعاتها وسائر مؤسسات التعليم العالي لديها.

Recalling also its previous resolutions on cooperation between the United Nations and the Economic Cooperation Organization, in which it invited various specialized agencies as well as other organizations and programmes of the United Nations system and relevant international financial institutions to join in the efforts towards realizing the goals and objectives of the Economic Cooperation Organization,
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى قراراتها السابقة بشأن التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة التعاون الاقتصادي التي دعت فيها مختلف الوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وبرامجها والمؤسسات المالية الدولية المعنية إلى المشاركة في الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق أهداف وغايات منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي،

8. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its sixtieth session on the implementation of the present resolution, as well as on the activities planned by the Secretary-General and other relevant organizations of the United Nations system for the Decade;
8 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار، وكذلك عن الأنشطة التي يعتزم القيام بها الأمين العام وسائر مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة من أجل العقد؛
