المادة 30: " حرية الرأي والتعبير عنه بالقول والكتابة، وسائر وسائل التعبير مكفولة في حدود القانون " .

This provision conforms with article 14 of the Convention regarding freedom of opinion and expression. Article 30 of the Constitution guarantees this right, stating the following: " Freedom of opinion and of oral, written and other forms of expression is guaranteed, subject to the limits laid down by law, " which conforms with articles 3 and 4 of the Convention.
