62. Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Japan, Mexico, the Republic of Korea, Switzerland and Uruguay proposed the following:
62- واقترحت الأرجنتين والبرازيل وشيلي وكولومبيا والجمهورية الدومينيكية وغواتيمالا واليابان والمكسبك وجمهورية كوريا وسويسرا وأوروغواي ما يلي:

At the tenth session, the Committee took note of the offers made by the Governments of Germany, Kenya, Switzerland and Uruguay to host the permanent secretariat (A/AC.237/76, para. 125).
١٣- أحاطت اللجنة علما، في دورتها العاشرة، بالعروض التي قدمتها حكومات المانيا وكينيا وسويسرا وأوروغواي لاستضافة اﻷمانة الدائمة A/AC.237/76)، الفقرة ٥٢١(.

" invited the Governments of Canada, Germany, Switzerland and Uruguay to hold consultations before the first session of the Conference of the Parties, with a view to arriving at a common understanding that would facilitate a decision on the physical location of the Convention secretariat " (A/AC.237/91/Add.1, conclusion (l)).
