4.8 The State party further points out that the author has never claimed to have been subjected to torture in the past or claimed that relatives of his were harassed because of his activities; he has not pursued his political activity since his arrival in Switzerland.
4-8 وتشير الدولة الطرف كذلك إلى أن مقدم البلاغ لم يدَّع أبدا تعرضه للتعذيب في الماضي، كما لم يدع أن أفراد أسرته تعرضوا لمضايقات بسبب أنشطته؛ ولم يواصل نشاطه السياسي منذ وصوله إلى سويسرا.

2.6 The complainant claims that after his arrival in Switzerland he intensified his political activism and that he had presented numerous pictures testifying to his involvement in demonstrations and political happenings, all published on the Internet.
2-6 ويدعي صاحب الشكوى أنه كثف نشاطه السياسي بعد وصوله إلى سويسرا وأنه قدم صوراً عديدة تثبت مشاركته في المظاهرات والمناسبات السياسية، وجميعها منشورة على الإنترنت.

4.13 As to the first complainant's political activities in Switzerland, the State party notes that he claims in his complaint to the Committee to have actively supported the cause of the South Yemeni community since his arrival in Switzerland.
4-13 وفيما يتعلق بالأنشطة السياسية التي مارسها صاحب الشكوى الأول في سويسرا، تلاحظ الدولة الطرف أنه يدعي في الشكوى التي قدمها إلى اللجنة أنه قد دعم بنشاط منذ وصوله إلى سويسرا قضايا الجالية اليمنية الجنوبية.

8.8 In the light of the information provided by the parties, the Committee observes that the complainant has not substantiated a causal link between the events that led him to leave his country of origin and those that have occurred since his arrival in Switzerland on the one hand and the risk of torture he would face if deported to the Democratic Republic of the Congo on the other.
8-8 وفي ضوء المعلومات المقدمة من الطرفين، تلاحظ اللجنة أن صاحب البلاغ لم يثبت وجود علاقة سببية بين الأحداث التي دفعته إلى مغادرة بلده الأصلي والأحداث التي وقعت منذ وصوله إلى سويسرا من جهة، وبين خطر التعرض للتعذيب في حالة عودته إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية من جهة ثانية.

7.2 In the same submission, the complainant claims that he left the Islamic Republic of Iran illegally for political reasons. He reiterates that since his arrival in Switzerland in 2005, he has been active in exile opposition movements against the regime.
7-2 ويدعي صاحب الشكوى في الرسالة نفسها أنه غادر جمهورية إيران الإسلامية بصورة غير شرعية لأسباب سياسية، ويكرّر أنه دأب منذ وصوله إلى سويسرا في عام 2005 على الاضطلاع بدور ناشط في الحركات المعارضة للنظام الموجودة في المنفى.
