(أ) مساعدة البلدان النامية عند الطلب، بما يتسق مع قدراتها ذات الصلة وظروفها وأولوياتها الوطنية، لبناء أو تعزيز قدراتها على تحديد الاحتياجات التكنولوجية، وتيسير إعداد وتنفيذ المشاريع التكنولوجية والاستراتيجيات التي تعزز التنمية المستدامة؛
