3- يهيب بالدول الأطراف أن يزوِّد بعضُها بعضاً، وفقا للاتفاقية، بأوسع قدرٍ ممكن من العون والمساعدة في استبانة الموجودات المسروقة وعائدات الفساد وتعقُّبها واستردادها، وفي تسليم المتهمين بارتكاب الجرائم الأصلية؛
