Basic primary education for all should protect the right of the child to education, with a view to achieving this right progressively and on the basis of equal opportunity.
وينبغي في توفير التعليم الابتدائي الأساسي للجميع حماية حق الطفل في التعليم بغرض تحقيق هذا الحق تدريجيا وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص.

1. States Parties recognize the right of persons with disabilities to education. With a view to realizing this right without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity, States Parties shall ensure an inclusive, education system at all levels, and lifelong learning, directed to:
1 - تسلم الدول الأطراف بحق المعوقين في التعليم ولإعمال هذا الحق دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص تكفل الدول الأطراف نظاما تعليميا جامعا على جميع المستويات وتعلما مدى الحياة موجهين نحو ما يلي:

(c) To ensure progressively and on the basis of equal opportunity that primary education is compulsory, accessible and available free to all;
(ج) أن تعمل على ضمان أن يصبح التعليم الابتدائي تدريجياً وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص إلزامياً ومتيسراً ومتاحاً بالمجان للجميع؛

62. Children with disabilities have the same right to education as all other children and shall enjoy this right without any discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity as stipulated in the Convention.
62- يتمتع الطفل المعوق في مجال التعليم بالحقوق ذاتها التي يتمتع بها جميع الأطفال الآخرين ويحق لـه التمتع بهذا الحق دون أي تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص كما تنص على ذلك الاتفاقية().

Similar to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities does not establish a new right, but rather clarifies the specific implications for persons with disabilities of enjoying the right to education " without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunities " .
وعلى منوال اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة واتفاقية حقوق الطفل، لا تنشئ اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة حقاً جديداً، وإنما توضح الآثار الخاصة المترتبة على تمتع ذوي الإعاقة بالحق في التعليم " دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص " .

Priority should be given to ensuring women's and girls' full and equal access to all levels of education and training.
ولا بد من إعطاء اﻷولوية لضمان حصول المرأة والفتاة على التعليم والتدريب على جميع المستويات وبصورة كاملة وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص.

Children with disabilities have the same right to education as all other children and shall enjoy this right without any discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity as stipulated in the Convention.
62- يتمتع الطفل المعوق في مجال التعليم بالحقوق ذاتها التي يتمتع بها جميع الأطفال الآخرين ويحق لـه التمتع بهذا الحق دون أي تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص كما تنص على ذلك الاتفاقية().

62 - يتمتع الطفل المعوق في مجال التعليم بالحقوق ذاتها التي يتمتع بها جميع الأطفال الآخرين ويحق لـه التمتع بهذا الحق دون أي تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص كما تنص على ذلك الاتفاقية().

(f) Article 24, which obligates States parties to recognize the right of persons with disabilities to education, without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity in inclusive educational settings at all levels;
(و) المادة 24 التي تلزم الدول الأطراف بالتسليم بحق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في التعليم، دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص في نظام تعليمي جامع على جميع المستويات؛

The Committee on the Rights of the Child has advanced the right to inclusive education by adopting as core principles the maximum inclusion of children with disabilities in society (and in education), and their right to education without any discrimination, and on the basis of equal opportunity.
16- ودافعت لجنة حقوق الطفل عن الحق في التعليم الجامع بأن جعلت من مبادئها الأساسية دمجَ الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع (وفي التعليم) إلى أقصى حد، وضمانَ حقهم في التعليم من دون أي تمييز، وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص().

30. Article 3 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities specifically mentions equality of opportunity as a general provision of the treaty, while article 24 contains detailed provisions concerning the right of persons with disabilities to education " without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity. "
30- وتشير المادة 3 من اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة تحديداً إلى تكافؤ الفرص باعتباره حكماً عاماً من أحكام المعاهدة، في حين تتضمن المادة 24 أحكاماً تفصيلية تتعلق بحق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في التعليم " دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص " .

8. Calls upon States parties to adopt and implement appropriate measures, including legislative measures, to ensure that persons with disabilities enjoy the right to education without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity by ensuring an inclusive education system at all levels and life-long learning, in accordance with the Convention, and urges States parties in furtherance of this objective to, inter alia:
8- يهيب بالدول الأطراف أن تعتمد وتنفذ التدابير المناسبة بما في ذلك التدابير التشريعية، لكي تكفل تمتع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بالحق في التعليم دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص بتوفير نظام تعليمي جامع على كل المستويات وإتاحة التعلُّم مدى الحياة وفقاً للاتفاقية، ويحث الدول الأطراف، لتحقيق هذا الهدف، على جملة أمور منها ما يلي:

(m) Ensuring women's and girls' full and equal access to all levels of quality education and training, while ensuring progressively and on the basis of equal opportunities that primary education is compulsory, accessible and available free to all;
(م) كفالة استفادة النساء والفتيات استفادة كاملة وعلى قدم المساواة من جميع مراحل التعليم والتدريب الجيدين، مع العمل تدريجيا وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص لكفالة إلزامية التعليم الابتدائي وسهولة الحصول عليه مجانا للجميع؛
