5. The Committee further welcomes that Ecuador has ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol, and the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
5- وترحب اللجنة كذلك بتصديق إكوادور على اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وعلى بروتوكولها الاختياري وعلى الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري.

The ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance was under way.
وقال إنه قد شُرِعَ بالفعل في عملية التصديق على البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وعلى الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري.

21- وتشجِّع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على التصديق على اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وعلى الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري كما تشجعها على النظر في توقيع الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم والتصديق عليها.

Armenia has signed the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol, the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, the Optional Protocol to the UN International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; these instruments are currently in the process of ratification.

Amnesty International (AI) mentioned that Ukraine has yet to ratify the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
1- أشارت منظمة العفو الدولية إلى أن أوكرانيا لم تصدق بعد على نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية وعلى الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري(2).

The ratification process for the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Committee on Enforced Disappearances would be initiated in the near future.
