١٤ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة، في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في جميع المسائل ذات الصلة الواردة في تقريريه السابقين المقدمين إلى الجمعية العامة بشأن المساعدة في مجال إزالة اﻷلغام، وفي هذا القرار، وعن تشغيل الصندوق الاستئماني؛

The Secretary-General was further requested to report annually to the Commission on the progress made in the implementation of the programme of advisory services and technical cooperation in the field of human rights and on the operation and administration of the Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights.

Expresses its appreciation to the Secretary-General for his comprehensive report of 6 September 1995 on the activities of the United Nations in providing assistance in mine clearance and on the operation of the Voluntary Trust Fund for Assistance in Mine Clearance, A/50/408. and takes note with interest of the proposals contained therein;
١ - تعرب عن تقديرها لﻷمين العام لتقريره الشامل المؤرخ ٦ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ عن أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال تقديم المساعدة في إزالة اﻷلغام وعن تشغيل الصندوق الاستئماني للتبرعات من أجل المساعدة في إزالة اﻷلغام)٣(، وتحيط علما مع الاهتمام بالمقترحات الواردة فيه؛

(a) The activities conducted under the work programme, relevant submissions from Parties, the reports prepared by the secretariat on those activities and on the operation of the NAMA registry, and the presentations made and discussions held at the relevant in-session workshops;
(أ) الأنشطة المنفذة في إطار برنامج العمل، والبيانات ذات الصلة الواردة من الأطراف، والتقارير التي أعدتها الأمانة عن تلك الأنشطة وعن تشغيل سجل إجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً، والعروض المقدمة والمناقشات التي جرت في حلقات العمل ذات الصلة المعقودة خلال الدورة؛

(c) To submit a further analytical report to the Commission at its fifty-eighth session on the progress and concrete achievements made, as well as obstacles encountered in the implementation of the programme of advisory services and technical cooperation in the field of human rights and on the operation and administration of the Voluntary Fund;
(ج) أن يقدم تقريراً تحليلياً آخر إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين عن التقدم المحرز والإنجازات الملموسة وكذلك عن العقبات التي ووجهت في تنفيذ برنامج الخدمات الاستشارية والتعاون التقني في ميدان حقوق الإنسان وعن تشغيل وإدارة صندوق التبرعات؛

The Secretary-General annually submitted reports on assistance in mine clearance and on the operation of the Voluntary Trust Fund for Assistance in Mine Clearance and other demining programmes.114 During the period under review, there was an increase in the number of mine-action programmes in place and their scope.
وقدم الأمين العام سنويا تقارير عن المساعدة في مجال إزالة الألغام وعن تشغيل الصندوق الاستئماني للتبرعات للمساعدة في إزالة الألغام وغيرها من برامج إزالة الألغام(114). وازداد عدد برامج الأعمال المتعلقة بالألغام واتسع نطاقها خلال الفترة المستعرضة.

(c) To submit an analytical report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty—sixth session on the progress and concrete achievements made as well as obstacles encountered in the implementation of the programme of advisory services and technical cooperation in the field of human rights and on the operation and administration of the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights.
