)د( تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لجميع قطاعات المجتمع المعنية باﻷطفال، كالمعلمين واﻵباء واﻹخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القوانين وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية لﻷطفال، تحقيقا لما يلي:

(d) That youth and their parents or other caregivers have the right to freedom from discrimination on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, socio-economic status, and language.
(د) للشباب ولوالديهم وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية الحق في التحرر من التمييز القائم على أساس نوع الجنس والعرق والأصل الإثني والدين والإعاقة والميل الجنسي والهوية الجنسانية والعمر والوضع الاجتماعي - الاقتصادي واللغة.
