Among its partners in the United Nations system, UNODC cooperates closely with the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the World Customs Organization and the Counter-Terrorism Implementation Task Force and the Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate to strengthen international cooperation in combating the harmful effects of illicit financial flows resulting from criminal activities, including terrorism.
ويتعاون المكتب تعاونا وثيقا مع لفيف من شركائه في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، من بينهم البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي والمنظمة العالمية للجمارك وفرقة العمل المعنية بتنفيذ تدابير مكافحة الإرهاب والمديرية التنفيذية للجنة مكافحة الإرهاب، بغية تعزيز التعاون الدولي على مكافحة الآثار الضارة من التدفُّقات المالية غير المشروعة الناتجة عن الأنشطة الإجرامية، بما فيها الإرهاب.

The need for strengthened partnerships and cooperation with all relevant actors, including United Nations entities (the Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate and the Counter-Terrorism Implementation Task Force) and international, regional and subregional organizations was emphasized.

It draws on the well-established comparative advantages of UNODC arising from its mandates and expertise in crime and drug prevention to fulfil the reinforced counter-terrorism mandates of UNODC focused on the legal and related areas, to be carried out in close coordination with the Counter-Terrorism Committee of the Security Council and the Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate and the Counter-Terrorism Implementation Task Force.
