In its resolution 64/180, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to prepare an overview of the state of crime and criminal justice worldwide for presentation at the Twelfth Congress, in accordance with past practice.
وقد طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام، في قرارها 64/180، أن يعدّ عرضا عاما عن حالة الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية على نطاق العالم لتقديمه أثناء المؤتمر الثاني عشر، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي.

In its resolution 59/151, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to prepare an overview of the state of crime and criminal justice worldwide for presentation at the Congress, in accordance with past practice.
طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام، في قرارها 59/151 أن يعدّ عرضا عاما عن حالة الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية على نطاق العالم لتقديمه أثناء المؤتمر الحادي عشر، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي.

Paragraph 15 of the draft resolution read: “Further requests the Secretary-General to make available the necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries in the regional preparatory meetings for the Tenth Congress and the Congress itself, in accordance with past practice”.
٣ - وقال إن الفقرة ١٥ من مشروع القرار تنص على ما يلي: " تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يتيح ما يلزم من الموارد لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في الاجتماعات اﻹقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر العاشر وفي المؤتمر ذاته، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي " .

14. Pursuant to paragraph eight of the same resolution, the President of the General Assembly will draw up a list of representatives of relevant intergovernmental organizations and entities who may participate in the High-level Dialogue, taking into account the principle of equitable geographical representation, and will submit the proposed list to Member States for their consideration in accordance with past practice.
14 - وعملا بالفقرة الثامنة من القرار نفسه، سيعد رئيس الجمعية العامة قائمة بأسماء ممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والكيانات المعنية الأخرى الذين يمكنهم المشاركة في الحوار الرفيع المستوى، آخذا في اعتباره مبدأ التمثيل الجغرافي العادل، وسيُحيل القائمة المقترحة إلى الدول الأعضاء لكي تنظر فيها وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي.
