Hence, the Group requests the deletion of " acting nationally " and, " and on the high seas off the coast of Somalia extending to and including the Arabian Sea and Persian Gulf " from operative paragraph 15.
ولذلك فالمجموعة تطلب حذف عبارة " وهي تتصرف بصفتها الوطنية " وعبارة " وفي أعالي البحار قبالة سواحل الصومال، ضمن حدود تمتد إلى بحر العرب والخليج الفارسي وتشملهما " من الفقرة 15 من المنطوق.

3. Urges all States to cooperate with each other, with the IMO and, as appropriate, with the relevant regional organizations in connection with, and share information about, acts of piracy and armed robbery in the territorial waters and on the high seas off the coast of Somalia, and to render assistance to vessels threatened by or under attack by pirates or armed robbers, in accordance with relevant international law;

17. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to report to the Council within eleven months of the adoption of the present resolution on the implementation of the resolution and on the situation with respect to piracy and armed robbery in territorial waters and the high seas off the coast of Somalia;

13. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Security Council within 5 months of adoption of this resolution on the implementation of this resolution and on the situation with respect to piracy and armed robbery in territorial waters and the high seas off the coast of Somalia;

The present report is submitted pursuant to operative paragraph 17 of Security Council resolution 1846 (2008) of 2 December 2008, in which the Council requested me to report on the implementation of that resolution and on the situation with respect to piracy and armed robbery in territorial waters and the high seas off the coast of Somalia.
1 - يقدم هذا التقرير عملا بالفقرة 17 من منطوق قرار مجلس الأمن 1846 (2008) المؤرخ 2 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008، الذي طلب فيه المجلس إليّ أن أقدم تقريرا عن تنفيذ ذلك القرار وعن الحالة فيما يتعلق بالقرصنة والسطو المسلح في المياه الإقليمية وفي أعالي البحار قبالة سواحل الصومال.

3. In resolution 2182 (2014), the Council authorized, for a period of 12 months, Member States acting nationally or through voluntary multinational naval partnerships, such as " combined maritime forces " , to interdict charcoal and arms being transported in violation of the sanctions measures in Somali territorial waters and on the high seas off the coast of Somalia extending to and including the Arabian sea and the Persian Gulf.
وفي القرار 2182 (2014)، أذن المجلس، لمدة 12 شهرا، للدول الأعضاء، وهي تتصرف بصفتها الوطنية أو في إطار شراكات بحرية طوعية متعددة الجنسيات، من قبيل ' ' القوات البحرية المشتركة`` بأن تقوم بمنع نقل الفحم والأسلحة المخالف لتدابير الجزاءات في المياه الإقليمية الصومالية وفي أعالي البحار قبالة سواحل الصومال وضمن حدود تمتد إلى بحر العرب والخليج الفارسي وتشملهما.
