Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation and to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
٨- ونتيجة للرأي الصادر، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى الحكومة أن تتخذ ما يلزم من خطوات لتصحيح الوضع وجعله متمشياً مع المعايير والمبادئ المدرجة في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان وفي العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

21. Consequent upon the decision of the Working Group declaring the detention of the 513 detained persons to be arbitrary, the Working Group requests the Government of the State of Bahrain to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions and principles incorporated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
١٢- ونتيجة لمقرر الفريق العامل الذي يعلن أن احتجاز اﻷشخاص اﻟ٣١٥ المحتجزين هو احتجاز تعسفي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة دولة البحرين أن تتخذ الخطوات الضرورية لعلاج الوضع من أجل جعله مطابقاً لﻷحكام والمبادئ المدرجة في الاعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان وفي العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

9. Having declared the detention of Mohamed Nasheed and Mohamed Shafeeq to be arbitrary, the Working Group requests the Government of the Republic of Maldives to take the necessary measures to remedy the situation in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions and principles incorporated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
٩- وبالنظر إلى اعلان الفريق العامل أن احتجاز محمد نشيد ومحمد شفيق هو احتجاز تعسفي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة جمهورية ملديف أن تتخذ التدابير الضرورية لمعالجة الوضع من أجل جعله مطابقاً لﻷحكام والمبادئ المدرجة في الاعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان وفي العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

It submits that the Government of India is better placed to advise the Committee on the complainant's whereabouts and well-being and reminds the Committee that India is a party to the Convention as well as the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
كما ترى الدولة الطرف أن حكومة الهند في وضع أفضل لإبلاغ اللجنة عن مكان وجود صاحب الشكوى وعن حالته، وتذكر اللجنة بأن الهند طرف في الاتفاقية وفي العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية أيضاً.

The United Arab Emirates is however neither a party to the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, nor to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
بيد أن الإمارات العربية المتحدة ليست طرفا في الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، ولا في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وفي العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.
