٢ - تطالب بأن تعترف اسرائيل بالانطباق القانوني للاتفاقية المذكورة في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وفي اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧ وأن تتقيد بدقة بأحكامها؛

7. Further requests the Special Committee to continue to investigate the treatment of prisoners in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967;
٧ - تطلب كذلك إلى اللجنـــة الخاصــة أن تواصل التحقيق فــي معاملة السجناء في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وفي اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧؛

In resolution A, the General Assembly requested the Special Committee, pending complete termination of the Israeli occupation, to continue to investigate Israeli policies and practices in the occupied Palestinian territory and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967.
وفي القرار ألف، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل، إلى حين إنهاء الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بصورة كاملة، التحقيق في السياسات والممارسات الاسرائيلية في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، وفي اﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ٧٦٩١.
