" 2. Calls upon Israel, the occupying Power, to scrupulously abide by its obligations and responsibilities under the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949;

The Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 prohibits the occupying Power from transferring parts of its own civilian population to the territory it occupies.
واتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/ أغسطس 1949 تمنع الدولة القائمة بالاحتلال من نقل أجزاء من سكانها المدنيين إلى الأرض التي تحتلها.

Urges all concerned parties to abide by their obligations and respect in all circumstances the rules of international humanitarian law, including the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 and refrain from violence against civilian population;
6 - يحث جميع الأطراف المعنية على أن تـتـقيد بالتزاماتها وأن تحترم في جميع الظروف قواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949، وأن تمتنع عن القيام بأعمال عنف ضد السكان المدنيين؛

Reaffirming the applicable rules and principles of international law, including humanitarian and human rights laws, in particular the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949,

They grossly violate the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 and numerous Security Council resolutions, as well as the terms of the Israeli-Palestinian agreements, including the recently concluded Wye River Memorandum.
فهما ينتهكان على نحو جسيم اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١، والعديد من قرارات مجلس اﻷمن، وكذلك شروط الاتفاقات اﻹسرائيلية - الفلسطينية، بما في ذلك " مذكرة واي ريفر " المبرمة مؤخرا.

The Assembly has also stressed that such Israeli actions are in clear violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949.
وأكدت الجمعية على أن هذه اﻹجراءات اﻹسرائيلية تنتهك انتهاكا واضحا اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة ١٢ آب/اغسطس ١٩٤٩.

Taking into consideration the provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, and the provisions of Additional Protocol I thereto, and the Hague Convention IV of 1907,

Therefore, Israel, as the occupying Power, must scrupulously abide by its obligations under the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Times of War of 12 August 1949.
