Taking into account the provisions of the Convention and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, the Committee urges the State party to:
تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها أحكام الاتفاقية وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لمعاملة السجناء، وتحثّ الدولة الطرف على القيام بما يلي:

When migrant children are detained, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice should be strictly adhered to.
وعندما يحتجز الأطفال المهاجرون، ينبغي التقيد التام بقواعد الأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأحداث المجردين من حريتهم وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لإدارة شؤون قضاء الأحداث.

at establishing a more professionalized, humane and secure Chadian prison system, with respect to human rights and gender in conformity with international standards and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners

ويستهدف مشروع القانون إنشاء نظام للسجون التشادية يتسم بقدر أكبر من المهنية والإنسانية والأمن، مع احترام حقوق الإنسان والمسائل الجنسانية بما يتوافق مع المعايير الدولية وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لمعاملة السجناء

The training provided places significant emphasis on the European Convention on Human Rights, the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, the European Prison Rules, and the work of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture or Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
كما يركز التدريب المنظَّم بشكل كبير على الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية لمعاملة السجناء وقواعد السجون الأوروبية وعمل اللجنة الأوروبية لمنع التعذيب والمعاملة أو العقوبة اللاإنسانية أو المهينة.

These are considered issues that did not receive sufficient attention in the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, adopted in 1955, and the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for Non-custodial Measures (the Tokyo Rules), adopted in 1990.
وقد اعتُبر أنَّ هذه المسائل لم تلق الاهتمام الكافي في إطار القواعد النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء، التي اعتُمدت عام 1995، وقواعد الأمم المتحدة الدنيا النموذجية للتدابير غير الاحتجازية (قواعد طوكيو)، التي اعتُمدت عام 1990.
