٣٨ - ولئن كانت اللجنة تلاحظ بارتياح التدابير السارية لضمان حد أدنى للدخل الاجتماعي ولتحسين فرص السكن أمام أشد الجماعات حرمانا، فإنها توصي بأن ترصد الدولة الطرف بعناية، مدى التمتع بالحقوق الفردية لﻷطفال هذه في فترة الركود الاقتصادي.
