37- ولاحظت نيجيريا أن النزاع المسلح تسبب في حدوث انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان، منها العنف الجنسي، وتجنيد الأطفال الجنود، ومشاكل اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا، والفقر والأمية والجهل، ضمن أمور أخرى.

63. Nigeria noted with satisfaction policies put in place by the Government to improve the quality of citizens' lives and protect their fundamental freedoms and rights.
63- ولاحظت نيجيريا بتقدير ما اعتمدته الحكومة من سياسات في سبيل الارتقاء بنوعية معيشة المواطنين وحماية حقوقهم وحرياتهم الأساسية.

353. Nigeria noted with satisfaction that Liberia had accepted a large number of the recommendations made, and had taken positive steps to implementing them, which was an expression of its willingness to cooperate with relevant United Nations mechanisms.
