(ب) تنسيق ورصد ومراقبة الإدارة الداخلية لشؤون إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام، فضلا عن القيام، باسم وكيلي الأمين العام لعمليات حفظ السلام وللدعم الميداني وبإيعاز منهما، بوضع السياسات والمبادئ التوجيهية بشأن القضايا التنظيمية، وإسداء المشورة بشأنها وتعزيزها؛

(c) Providing policy and strategic advice to the Under-Secretaries-General for Peacekeeping Operations and Field Support on safety and security matters related to operations led by the Department of Peacekeeping Operations and coordinating daily interaction with the Department of Safety and Security;
(ج) إسداء المشورة السياساتية والاستراتيجية إلى وكيلي الأمين العام لعمليات حفظ السلام وللدعم الميداني بشأن مسائل السلامة والأمن ذات الصلة بالعمليات التي تقودها إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام، وتنسيق التعاطي اليومي مع إدارة شؤون السلامة والأمن؛
