Efforts must focus on those States that were currently in conflict or post-conflict situations and were still contaminated by mines or explosive artillery, and which had signed but not yet ratified the instruments.
ويجب أن تركّز الجهود على الدول التي تشهد حالياً نزاعاً أو هي في نهاية النزاع والتي لا تزال ملوثة بالألغام أو بقذائف المدفعية، والتي وقّعت على الصكوك ولم تصدق عليها بعد.
