With regard to Western Sahara, the Seminar urges the two parties to continue, under the auspices of the Secretary-General's Personal Envoy, to try to resolve the multiple problems relating to the implementation of the settlement plan and try to agree upon a mutually acceptable political solution to their dispute over Western Sahara.

Faced with that situation, the Security Council adopted resolutions 1342 (2001) and 1349 (2001) expressing its expectation that " the parties ... will continue to try to resolve the multiple problems relating to the implementation of the Settlement Plan and try to agree upon a mutually acceptable political solution to their dispute over Western Sahara " .
وأمام هذا الوضع، اعتمد مجلس الأمن القرارين 1342 (2001) و1349 (2001) اللذين أعرب فيهما للطرفين أنه يتوقع منهما " أن يواصلا محاولة حل المشاكل المتعددة المتعلقة بتنفيذ خطة التسوية تحت رعاية المبعوث الشخصي للأمين العام، ومحاولة الاتفاق على حل سياسي يقبله الطرفان لنزاعهما على الصحراء الغربية " .

14. On 30 October 2000, the Security Council adopted resolution 1324 (2000), by which it extended the mandate of MINURSO until 28 February 2001, with the expectation that the parties, under the auspices of the Personal Envoy, would continue to try to resolve the multiple problems relating to the implementation of the settlement plan and try to agree upon a mutually acceptable political solution to their dispute over Western Sahara.
14 - وفي 30 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2000، اعتمد مجلس الأمن القرار 1324 (2000) الذي مدد فيه ولاية البعثة حتى 28 شباط/فبراير 2001، وتوقع من الطرفين أن يواصلا محاولة حل المشاكل المتعددة المتعلقة بتنفيذ خطة التسوية، تحت رعاية المبعوث الشخصي، ومحاولة الاتفاق على حل سياسي يقبله الطرفان لنزاعهما على الصحراء الغربية.

22. On 27 February 2001, the Security Council adopted resolution 1342 (2001) by which it decided to extend the mandate of MINURSO until 30 April 2001, with the expectation that the parties, under the auspices of the Personal Envoy, would continue to try to resolve the multiple problems relating to the implementation of the settlement plan and try to agree upon a mutually acceptable political solution to their dispute over Western Sahara.
22 - وفي 27 شباط/فبراير 2001، اعتمد مجلس الأمن القرار 1342 (2001)، الذي قرر به تمديد ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية حتى 30 نيسان/أبريل 2001، وتوقع من الطرفين أن يواصلا محاولة حل المشاكل المتعددة المتعلقة بتنفيذ خطة التسوية تحت رعاية المبعوث الشخصي، ومحاولة الاتفاق على حل سياسي يقبله الطرفان لنزاعهما على الصحراء الغربية.

4. By its resolutions 1342 (2001) and 1349 (2001), adopted respectively on 27 February and 27 April 2001, the Security Council indicated that it expected that " the parties (...) will continue to try to resolve the multiple problems relating to the implementation of the Settlement Plan and try to agree upon a mutually acceptable political solution to their dispute over Western Sahara " .
