2. In order to assist States parties in fulfilling their obligations under article 19, the Committee has adopted the following general guidelines as to the form and content of initial reports.

(2) The Committee welcomes the initial report of Andorra (CAT/C/AND/1), which follows the Committee's guidelines on the form and content of initial reports (CAT/C/4/Rev.3).

The Committee also notes that while the report generally follows the guidelines on the form and content of initial reports (CAT/C/4/Rev.3), statistical information on the implementation of the Convention in the State party is lacking.

Despite the publication of the Committee's guidelines on the form and content of initial reports (CAT/C/4/Rev.3), and despite its requests that the State party provide the Committee with statistical information, the Committee regrets that it received only very limited information other than about legal provisions.

(25) Despite the publication of the Committee's guidelines on the form and content of initial reports (CAT/C/4/Rev.3), and despite its requests that the State party provide the Committee with statistical information, the Committee regrets that it received only very limited information other than about legal provisions.
(25) على الرغم من إصدار المبادئ التوجيهية للجنة المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير الأولية (CAT/C/4/Rev.3) ومن طلبات اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن توافيها بمعلومات إحصائية، فإن اللجنة تأسف لأنها لم تحصل سوى على معلومات محدودة للغاية بخلاف المعلومات المتعلقة بالأحكام القانونية.

The CEDAW Report also contains an annex on available data disaggregated by sex, in areas covered by the Convention, in accordance with the guidelines regarding the form and content of initial reports of State Parties (HRI/GEN/2/Rev. 1/Add. 2).

(2) The Committee welcomes the initial report of the Holy See (CAT/C/VAT/1), which follows the Committee's Guidelines on the form and content of initial reports (CAT/C/4/Rev.3) required under article 19 on the measures they have taken to give effect to their undertakings under the Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
(2) ترحب اللجنة بتقديم الكرسي الرسولي تقريره الأولي (CAT/C/VAT/1)، وفق المبادئ التوجيهية التي وضعتها اللجنة بشأن شكل ومحتوى التقارير الأولية (CAT/C/4/Rev.3) المطلوب التقيد بها في المادة 19، عن التدابير التي اتخذها للوفاء بالتزاماته الناشئة عن اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة.
