States and regional integration organizations which are parties to the Convention commit to periodically reporting on measures taken to give effect to their obligations under the Convention and on the progress made in this regard.

The present Protocol shall be open for signature by signatory States and regional integration organizations of the Convention at United Nations Headquarters in New York as of 30 March 2007.
يفتح باب التوقيع على هذا البروتوكول للدول ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي الموقعة على الاتفاقية وذلك في مقر الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك اعتبارا من 30 آذار/مارس 2007.

Representatives of intergovernmental organizations and regional integration organizations may be invited by the Committee to make oral or written statements and provide information or documentation in areas relevant to the Committee's activities under the Convention to meetings of the Committee.
يجوز للجنة أن تدعو ممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي إلى تقديم بيانات شفوية أو خطية ومعلومات أو وثائق في جلسات اللجنة في مجالات ذات صلة بالأنشطة التي تضطلع بها اللجنة بموجب الاتفاقية.

" 41. Calls upon all States to include, within the overall context of policies and programmes, appropriate provisions for the realization of the rights of children with disabilities, and, in particular, urges all States and regional integration organizations that have not yet done so:

5 - يهيب بالدول ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي التي لم توقع أو تصدق بعد على اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبروتوكولها الاختياري(72) أن تنظر في القيام بذلك على سبيل الأولوية؛

5. Calls upon those States and regional integration organizations that have not yet signed or ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Optional Protocol thereto to consider doing so as a matter of priority;
5 - يهيب بالدول ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي التي لم توقع بعد اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبروتوكولها الاختياري(64) أو لم تصدق عليهما أن تنظر في القيام بذلك على سبيل الأولوية؛

10. Encourages States and regional integration organizations to facilitate and support capacity-building, including through the exchange and sharing of information, experiences and best practices on national implementation and monitoring of the Convention, in line with the recognition of the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in support of national efforts for the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities;
10- يشجع الدول ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي على تسهيل ودعم بناء القدرات، بوسائل منها تبادل وتقاسم المعلومات والخبرات وأفضل الممارسات بشأن تنفيذ الاتفاقية ورصدها على الصعيد الوطني، وفقاً للاعتراف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه دعماً للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى إعمال حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؛

3. Urges Member States, international and regional organizations, regional integration organizations and financial institutions to make a concerted effort to include persons with disabilities and integrate the principles of accessibility and inclusion in the monitoring and evaluation of the development goals;
3 - تحث الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي والمؤسسات المالية على بذل جهود متضافرة من أجل إشراك الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في رصد الأهداف الإنمائية وتقييمها ومراعاة مبدأي استفادة ذوي الإعاقة من هذا الرصد والتقييم ومشاركتهم فيهما؛
