2 - تحث الدول الأعضاء ومنظومة الأمم المتحدة على تعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال الهجرة الدولية والتنمية من أجل معالجة الأسباب الجذرية للهجرة، ولا سيما ما يتصل منها بالفقر، وعلى تحقيق أقصى حد من فوائد الهجرة الدولية لمن يعنيهم الأمر؛

(a) To encourage Member States and the United Nations system to strengthen their efforts to effectively take advantage of post-disaster situations by introducing vulnerability reduction measures into recovery plans, thereby reducing further risks and laying the foundation for sustainable development;

The Council urges Member States, regional and subregional organizations and the United Nations system to enhance the role of women in decision-making with regard to all peace processes and post-conflict reconstruction and rebuilding of societies as vital in all efforts towards the maintenance and promotion of sustainable peace and security.
ويحث المجلس الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية ومنظومة الأمم المتحدة على تعزيز دور المرأة في عمليات صنع القرارات المتعلقة بجميع عمليات السلام والإعمار وإعادة بناء المجتمعات بعد انتهاء الصراع، باعتباره أمرا حيويا في جميع الجهود المبذولة لصون السلام والأمن الدائمين وتوطيد دعائمهما.

In a presidential statement (S/PRST/2005/52) adopted after the debate, the Security Council reaffirmed its commitment to resolution 1325 (2000), while urging Member States, regional and subregional organizations and the United Nations system to enhance the role of women in decision-making with regard to all peace processes, post-conflict reconstruction and the rebuilding of societies.
وفي بيان رئاسي (S/PRST/2005/52) اعتُمد عقب المناقشة، أعاد مجلس الأمن تأكيد التزامه بالقرار 1325 (2000)، وحث في الوقت ذاته الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية ومنظومة الأمم المتحدة على تعزيز الدور الذي تؤديه المرأة في عملية صنع القرار في ما يتعلق بجميع عمليات السلام وإعادة الإعمار وإعادة بناء المجتمعات بعد انتهاء الصراعات.

After the debate, in which some 40 speakers participated, the Council adopted a presidential statement (S/PRST/2005/52) in which it reaffirmed its commitment to resolution 1325 (2000), while urging Member States, regional and subregional organizations and the United Nations system to enhance the role of women in decision-making with regard to all peace processes, post-conflict reconstruction and the rebuilding of societies.
