(iii) To ensure the security and freedom of movement of Mission staff and United Nations and associated personnel;

The General Assembly urges all States to take stronger action to ensure that any threat or act of violence committed against humanitarian and United Nations personnel and associated personnel on their territory is fully investigated, and ensure that the perpetrators of such acts are brought to justice in accordance to international and national law.
وتحث الجمعية العامة جميع الدول على اتخاذ إجراءات مشددة لكي تكفل أن يجري تحقيق كامل في أي تهديد أو عمل من أعمال العنف يرتكب في أراضيها ضد موظفي المساعدة الإنسانية وموظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها وكفالة تقديم مرتكبي هذه الأعمال إلى المحاكمة وفقا للقانون الدولي والتشريعات الوطنية.

Expressing concern that the occurrence of attacks and threats against humanitarian personnel and United Nations and associated personnel is a factor that increasingly restricts the ability of the Organization to provide assistance and protection to civilians in fulfilment of its mandate and Charter,
