CAPACITY BUILDING Parties affirm that capacity-building is a cross-cutting issue that is fundamentally related to the implementation by developing countries of their actions under the Convention and this Protocol.
1- تؤكد الأطراف أن بناء القدرات مسألة مشتركة بين القطاعات ومرتبطة ارتباطاً أساسياً بتنفيذ البلدان النامية إجراءاتها بموجب الاتفاقية وهذا البروتوكول.
