Iceland had signed the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, and expected to ratify it in 2003.
وقد وقَّعت أيسلندا على البروتوكول الخاص بمنع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية ومن المتوقع أن تصدق عليه في سنة 2003.

(d) Ratify the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime of 2000;
(د) التصديق على بروتوكول منع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية لعام 2000؛

(g) Ratify the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime; and
(ز) أن تصدق على البروتوكول الخاص بمنع الاتجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة النساء والأطفال وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية؛

(c) The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in September 2003.

(c) The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, on 24 April 2002;
(ج) بروتوكول منع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، في 24 نيسان/أبريل 2002؛

(d) Sign and ratify the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
(د) التصديق على البروتوكول الخاص بمنع الاتجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة النساء والأطفال وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

(d) Bringing its legislation into full compliance with the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, specially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
(د) جعل تشريعاتها متوائمة تماماً مع البروتوكول المتعلق بمنع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وخاصة النساء والأطفال، وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime on 30 September 2004;
(د) بروتوكول منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، بتاريخ 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2004؛

(c) Ratify the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and put in place mechanisms to coordinate and monitor its implementation;
(ج) أن تصدق على البروتوكول بشأن منع وقمع الاتجار بالأشخاص والمعاقبة عليه، وبخاصة الاتجار بالنساء والأطفال، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، وأن تنشئ الآليات الكفيلة بتنسيق ورصد تنفيذه؛

4. Calls upon Governments to provide protection and assistance to victims that are based on humanitarian considerations and are not contingent on their cooperation with the prosecution of their exploiters, as articulated in articles 6, 7 and 8 of the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime;
4- تدعو الحكومات إلى أن توفر للضحايا الحماية والمساعدة القائمتين على أساس الاعتبارات الإنسانية وغير المشروطتين بتعاونهم في الملاحقة القانونية لمستغليهم، حسبما هو مبيّن في المواد 6 و7 و8 من بروتوكول منع وقمع الاتجار بالأشخاص ولا سيما النساء والأطفال والمعاقبة عليه، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية؛

11. Calls upon States to provide protection, assistance and temporary residence permits to victims that are not contingent on their cooperation with the prosecution of their exploiters, as articulated in articles 6, 7 and 8 of the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime;

With the adoption of specific legislation concerning trafficking in human beings in June 2002, the Danish Parliament gave its consent to ratifying the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. Both the Convention and the Protocol were ratified by Denmark on 30 September 2003.

It notes with concern that the State party has not yet ratified anti-trafficking instruments, namely, the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, and the multilateral cooperation agreement to combat trafficking in persons in West and Central Africa (the Abuja Agreement).

While noting the State party's ratification of the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the Committee is concerned about trafficking in women and children and the increasing prostitution of children, particularly girls.
181 - وفي حين تلاحظ اللجنة قيام الدولة الطرف بالتصديق على بروتوكول منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود، فإنها تشعر بالقلق بشأن مسألة الاتجار بالنساء والأطفال، وتزايد بغاء الأطفال، وخصوصا الفتيات.

The Slovak Republic is party to the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (Convention) as well as to the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish the Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (announcement No. 34/2005 Coll.).

OHCHR has been involved in the drafting process of the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime adopted by the General Assembly on 15 November 2000.
وما برحت المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان تشارك في عملية صياغة البروتوكول المتعلق بمنع جريمة الاتجار بالأشخاص، ولا سيما النساء والأطفال، وقمعها والمعاقبة عليها (وهو البروتوكول المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في 15 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2000).

In section II of the report, the Special Rapporteur welcomes the entry into force of the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the issuing of the Secretary-General's bulletin on special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse (ST/SGB/2003/13).
