4. States Parties shall, as appropriate and in accordance with the fundamental principles of their legal system, collaborate with each other and with relevant international and regional organizations in promoting and developing the measures referred to in this article.
4- تتعاون الدول الأطراف فيما بينها ومع المنظمات الدولية والاقليمية ذات الصلة، حسب الاقتضاء ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لنظامها القانوني، على تعزيز وتطوير التدابير المشار اليها في هذه المادة.

4- تتعاون الدول الأطراف فيما بينها ومع المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة، حسب الاقتضاء ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لنظامها القانوني، على تعزيز وتطوير التدابير المشار إليها في هذه المادة.

3- تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اتخاذ التدابير التشريعية والادارية المناسبة، بما يتسق مع أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لتعزيز الشفافية في تمويل الترشيحات لانتخاب شاغلي المناصب العمومية وفي تمويل الأحزاب السياسية، حيثما انطبق الحال.

5. Each State Party shall endeavour, where appropriate and in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to establish measures and systems requiring public officials to make declarations to appropriate authorities regarding, inter alia, their outside activities, employment, investments, assets and substantial gifts or benefits from which a conflict of interest may result with respect to their functions as public officials.
5- تسعى كل دولة طرف، عند الاقتضاء ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، إلى وضع تدابير ونظم تلزم الموظفين العموميين بأن يفصحوا للسلطات المعنية عن أشياء منها ما لهم من أنشطة خارجية وعمل وظيفي واستثمارات وموجودات وهبات أو منافع كبيرة قد تفضي إلى تضارب في المصالح مع مهامهم كموظفين عموميين.

23- وتلزم المادة 13 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد الدول الأطراف بأن تتخذ تدابير مناسبة، ضمن حدود إمكاناتها ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لتشجيع أفراد وجماعات لا ينتمون إلى القطاع العام على المشاركة النشطة في منع الفساد ومكافحته.
