4. Notes the positive impact that the programme has had in many beneficiary countries; and urges the secretariat to make further efforts to expand the coverage of the programme to all geographical regions, in particular to Africa;

7- يعرب عن القلق من الموارد المتدنية جداً في الصندوق الاستئماني لصالح أقل البلدان نمواً ومن عدم تقديم أية مساهمات إلى الصندوق في 2013، ويدعو البلدان المتقدمة وغيرها من الشركاء الإنمائيين من ذوي الاستطاعة إلى مواصلة المساهمة في الصندوق الاستئماني لصالح أقل البلدان نمواً ويحث الأمانة على مواصلة الحرص على إعطاء الأولوية لأقل البلدان نمواً؛
