٣ - يرحب أيضا بموافقة السلطات المغربية على إضفاء الطابع الرسمي على وجود مفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في الصحراء الغربية، ويطلب إلى الطرفين أن يتخذا إجراءات ملموسة لتمكين المفوضية من الاضطلاع باﻷعمال التحضيرية الضرورية ﻹعادة اللاجئين الصحراويين المؤهلين للتصويت، وأسرهم المباشرة إلى وطنهم، وفقا لخطة التسوية؛

It calls upon them to adopt all necessary steps to eradicate the suffering of the civilian population and to take measures aimed at building confidence between them.
ويطلب إلى الطرفين اتخاذ كل ما يلزم من خطوات لتبديد معاناة السكان المدنيين، فضلا عما يلزم من تدابير ترمي إلى بناء الثقة بينهما.

19. Welcomes the start of the deployment of a civilian police component as part of UNOMIG, as endorsed in resolution 1494 (2003) and agreed by the parties, looks forward to an early confirmation by the Abkhaz side that the deployment in the Gali district of the remaining police officers can proceed, and calls on the parties to cooperate and actively support the police component;
19 - يرحب ببدء عملية نشر عنصر للشرطة المدنية بوصفه جزءا من بعثة مراقبي الأمم المتحدة في جورجيا، على نحو ما أيده القرار 1494 (2003) واتفق عليه الطرفان، ويتطلع إلى الحصول في وقت مبكر على تأكيد من الجانب الأبخازي لإمكانية الشروع في نشر ضباط الشرطة المتبقين في مقاطعة غالي، ويطلب إلى الطرفين التعاون مع عنصر الشرطة ودعمه بفعالية؛

3. Expresses concern regarding recent incidents of incursions across the southern boundary of the Temporary Security Zone and calls on both parties to ensure an immediate end to such incidents and to cooperate fully with UNMEE investigations in this regard, and expresses further concern about the placement by unknown entities of anti-tank mines in the Temporary Security Zone;
3 - يعرب عن القلق لما حدث مؤخرا من غارات عبر الحدود الجنوبية للمنطقة الأمنية المؤقتة ويطلب إلى الطرفين كفالة وضع حد فوري لهذه الحوادث والتعاون التام مع التحقيقات التي تجريها البعثة في هذا الصدد، ويعرب عن القلق مرة أخرى إزاء قيام كيانات مجهولة بوضع ألغام مضادة للدبابات في المنطقة الأمنية المؤقتة؛

3. 7. Stresses that the primary responsibility for reinvigorating the peace process rests upon the parties themselves, calls upon them, to achieve substantive progress without further delay towards a comprehensive political settlement, and further calls upon them to cooperate fully with the efforts undertaken by the Secretary-General and his Special Representative, with the assistance of the Russian Federation as facilitator;
٧ - يؤكد أن المسؤولية الرئيسية عن تنشيط عملية السلام تقع على عاتق الطرفين نفسيهما، ويطلب إلى الطرفين إحراز تقدم ملموس دون مزيد من التأخير نحو تحقيق تسوية سياسية شاملة، ويطلب إليهما كذلك أن يتعاونا تعاونا كاملا مع اﻷمين العام وممثله الخاص فيما يبذلانه من جهود، بمساعدة الاتحاد الروسي كطرف تيسيري؛
