3. Authorizes the increase of MONUC's strength by 5,900 personnel, including up to 341 civilian police personnel, as well as the deployment of appropriate civilian personnel, appropriate and proportionate air mobility assets and other force enablers, and expresses its determination to keep MONUC's strength and structure under regular review, taking into account the evolution of the situation on the ground;

4. Takes note of the letter of the Secretary-General addressed to the President of the Security Council dated 22 March 2006 (S/2006/184), and expresses its determination to review the tasks and the troop level of UNOCI by the end of April 2006, with a view to a decision on its reinforcement;
4 - يحيط علما بالرسالة التي وجهها الأمين العام إلى رئيس مجلس الأمن المؤرخة 22 آذار/مارس 2006 (S/2006/184) ويعرب عن تصميمه على استعراض مهام بعثة الأمم المتحدة في كوت ديفوار ومستوى قوتها بحلول نهاية نيسان/أبريل 2006، بغية اتخاذ قرار بشأن تعزيزها؛

2. Decides to review the decision in paragraph one (1) after a period of ninety (90) days and expresses its determination to reinstate the measures in paragraph 10 of resolution 1521 (2003) unless the Council is informed by that time that the forestry legislation proposed by the FRMC has been passed;

4. Takes note of the letter of the Secretary-General addressed to the President of the Security Council dated 22 March 2006 (S/2006/184), and expresses its determination to review the tasks and the troop level of the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI) by the end of April 2006, with a view to a decision on its reinforcement;
4 - يحيط علما بالرسالة التي وجهها الأمين العام إلى رئيس مجلس الأمن المؤرخة 22 آذار/مارس 2006 (S/2006/184) ويعرب عن تصميمه على استعراض مهام بعثة الأمم المتحدة في كوت ديفوار ومستوى قوتها بحلول نهاية نيسان/أبريل 2006، بغية اتخاذ قرار بشأن تعزيزها؛

5. Demands that Ethiopia accept fully and without further delay the final and binding decision of the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission and take immediately concrete steps to enable, without preconditions, the Commission to demarcate the border completely and promptly and expresses its determination to monitor closely the actions of both parties in relation to the demarcation of the border and to keep this matter under consideration;
5 - يطالب إثيوبيا بأن تقبل تماما ودون مزيد من التأخير، القرار النهائي والملزم الصادر عن لجنة الحدود بين إثيوبيا وإريتريا وأن تتخذ فورا خطوات محددة لتمكين اللجنة، دون أي شروط مسبقة، من ترسيم الحدود بالكامل وعلى وجه السرعة ويعرب عن تصميمه على أن يرصد عن كثب تصرفات الطرفين إزاء ترسيم الحدود وأن يبقي هذه المسألة قيد نظره؛

" The Security Council strongly condemns the violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed in Côte d'Ivoire, including those that occurred in Abidjan 25-26 March, and expresses its determination to ensure that those responsible for all these violations are identified and that the Ivorian Government brings them to justice.
