Although progress had been achieved, Sudan lacked the resources to develop essential infrastructure and services and appealed to the international community for assistance in this regard.

Lastly, he recalled that Yemen condemned the violations of the rights of Arab children living under Israeli occupation and called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in order to put an end to that occupation and enable Arab children to live in peace.
