In view of that mandate, the Executive Director recommends that plenary meetings of the Council during the current session should take the form of ministerial consultations, beginning mid-morning on Tuesday, 7 February 2006, and continuing until and including the morning of Thursday, 9 February 2006.
ويوصي المدير التنفيذي، في ضوء هذه الولاية، بأن تتخذ الجلسات العامة لمجلس الإدارة خلال الدورة الراهنة شكل المشاورات الوزارية، بدءا من منتصف صباح الثلاثاء الموافق 7 شباط/فبراير 2006، وأن يستمر في ذلك حتى نهاية صباح الخميس الموافق 9 شباط/فبراير 2006.

The Executive Director recommends that this need should be addressed in the context of UNEP activities in support of the global observing systems process, namely GEOSSthe Global Earth Observation System of Systems and the integrated global observing strategy partnership.

The Executive Director recommends that in the afternoon on Wednesday, 18 February, the ministerial meeting be organized by the Government of Denmark, the host of the fifteenth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which will take place in 2009.
19 - ويوصي المدير التنفيذي بأن تنظّم حكومة الدانمرك، البلد المضيف للدورة الخامسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ التي ستُعقد في عام 2009، الاجتماع الوزاري بعد ظهر يوم الأربعاء 18 شباط/فبراير.

The Executive Director recommends that, following the adoption of the agenda and the election of officers, the Council/Forum at its plenary meeting on the morning of Monday, 20 February, should consider the organization of work under agenda item 2 (c).

In view of this mandate, the Executive Director recommends that participants should meet in the form of ministerial-level consultations, beginning on the late morning of Wednesday, 24 February, with meetings continuing until the morning of Friday, 26 February, under the overall theme of " environment in the multilateral system " .

7 - ويوصي المدير التنفيذي بأن تنظر الجلسة العامة التي ستعقد بعد ظهر الجمعة 22 شباط/فبراير 2008 في البند 3 (وثائق تفويض الممثلين)، والبند 7 (اعتماد التقرير)، والبند 8 (اختتام الدورة) من جدول الأعمال المؤقت.

In order to set the scene for policy dialogue on important and emerging policy issues, the Executive Director recommends that the ministerial-level discussions focus on the implementation of the internationally agreed development goals contained in the Millennium Declaration as they relate to gender and environment, as well as policy issues related to water, sanitation and human settlements, under agenda items 5 and 6.
8 - ويوصي المدير التنفيذي، بغية تهيئة المجال لحوار السياسات بشأن قضايا السياسات العامة الهامة والبازغة، بأن تركز المناقشات الوزارية المستوى على تنفيذ الأهداف الإنمائية المتفق عليها دوليا الواردة في إعلان الألفية بقدر ما تتصل بنوع الجنس والبيئة، علاوة على قضايا السياسات المتصلة بالمياه والإصحاح والمستوطنات البشرية، في إطار البندين 5 و6 من جدول الأعمال.
