السؤال 1- هل يمكن تعريف الجسم الفضائي الجوي بأنه جسم قادر على الانتقال عبر الفضاء الخارجي وعلى استخدام خواصه الأيرودينامية لكي يبقى في الفضاء الجوي لفترة زمنية معيّنة؟

To make this statement clear and also to prevent misinterpreting of the expression " remain in airspace " , the definition should be replaced with the following definition:
ولإيضاح هذا القول وكذلك لاجتناب إساءة تفسير عبارة " يبقى في الفضاء الجوي " ، فينبغي أن يستعاض عن ذلك التعريف بالتعريف التالي:

32. The opinion expressed in relation to the first issue regarding replacing the expression " to remain in airspace for a certain period of time " also applies to this question.
32- والرأي المذكور فيما يتصل بالمسألة الأولى المتعلقة بالاستعاضة عن عبارة " لكي يبقى في الفضاء الجوي لفترة زمنية معينة " ينطبق أيضا على هذا السؤال.

24. The first question of the questionnaire, concerning the definition of " aerospace objects " , is a closed one, as the respondents are asked to say whether an aerospace object is one that: (a) is capable of travelling through outer space; and (b) uses its aerodynamic properties to remain in airspace.
24- السؤال الأول من الاستبيان، المتعلق بتعريف " الأجسام الفضائية الجوية " ، هو سؤال مغلق، لأنه يطلب إلى المجيبين أن يذكروا ما إذا كان الجسم الفضائي الجوي هو جسم: (أ) قادر على الانتقال عبر الفضاء الخارجي؛ و(ب) على استخدام خواصه الأيرودينامية لكي يبقى في الفضاء الجوي.

At the same time, as pointed out by many member States in their responses, the expression " to remain in airspace for a certain period of time " must also be clarified.
وفي الوقت ذاته، حسبما أشار إليه العديد من الدول الأعضاء في ردوده، يجب أن توضح عبارة " لكي يبقى في الفضاء الجوي لفترة زمنية معينة " .
