6.6 With regard to the facts referred to in the preceding paragraph, the author claims that they also constitute a violation of article 17, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Covenant.

12.4 With regard to the facts particular to Mr. Keith Cox, the State party reviews his submissions before the Canadian courts, the Minister of Justice (see paras. 6.2 and 6.3 supra) and before the Committee and concludes that the evidence adduced fails to show how Mr. Cox satisfies the criterion of being a " victim " within the meaning of article 1 of the Optional Protocol.

ولاحظت الدولة الطرف أن السبب الذي من أجله لا يستطيع مقدم البلاغ ووالدته استرداد مسكنهما القديم هو سبب يتعلق بالوقائع وليس سببا قانونيا، بما أنهما ليسا مستأجرين ﻷي مسكن تملكه الدولة أو الحكومة المحلية.

With regard to the events cited, the Government of Togo does not acknowledge, in any way whatsoever, such an obvious lie, which does Amnesty International no credit.
فيما يتعلق بالوقائع المذكورة لا تعترف حكومة توغو إطلاقاً، لا من قريب ولا من بعيد، بهذه الأكذوبة الفاحشة التي لا تشرف منظمة العفو الدولية.
