It could also entertain any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of an international agreement related to the purposes of the Convention that was submitted to it in accordance with the agreement, as well as any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of a treaty already in force concerning the subject matter covered by the Convention, if all the parties to such a treaty so agreed.
ويمكنها أيضا النظر في أي نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق اتفاق دولي ذي صلة بأغراض الاتفاقية يقدم إليها وفقا لذلك الاتفاق، وكذلك في أي نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق معاهدة سارية بالفعل وتتعلق بالموضوع المشمول بالاتفاقية، إذا وافقت كل أطراف تلك المعاهدة على ذلك.

1. Parties shall seek to settle any dispute between them concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention through negotiation or other peaceful means of their own choice.
1 - تسعى الأطراف إلى تسوية أي منازعة بينها يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية عن طريق التفاوض أو أي طرق سلمية أخرى تختارها بنفسها.

Any member may bring to the Council any complaint that a member has failed to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement and any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement.
يجوز لأي عضو أن يقدم إلى المجلس أية شكوى من عدم وفاء عضو بالتزاماته بموجب هذا الاتفاق وأي نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق.

In the event of a dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement, the Parties shall consult each other with a view to resolving the dispute through negotiation, investigation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial proceedings or other peaceful means of their own choosing.
في حالة نشوء نزاع بين الطرفين فيما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية يستشير الطرفان أحدهما اﻵخر بغرض تسوية النزاع عن طريق المحادثات، والتحقيقات، والوساطة، والمصالحة، والتحكيم، والمحاكمات القانونية أو الوسائل السلمية اﻷخرى حسب اختيار كل منهما.

" Any difference or dispute concerning the interpretation or application of the present articles shall be settled expeditiously by mutual agreement through such peaceful means of settlement chosen by the parties, inter alia, submission of the dispute to arbitration or judicial settlement.
" أي خلاف أو نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه المواد يسوّى على نحو سريع باتفاق متبادل بوسائل التسوية السلمية التي تختارها اﻷطراف والتي تشمل إحالة النزاع إلى التحكيم أو التسوية القضائية.

1. In the event of a dispute between any two or more Parties concerning the interpretation or application of the present Protocol, the Parties concerned shall seek a settlement of the dispute through negotiation or any other peaceful means of their own choice.
١- في حالة قيام خلاف بين أي طرفين أو أكثر فيما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا البروتوكول، تسعى اﻷطراف المعنية إلى تسوية الخلاف عن طريق التفاوض أو أي وسيلة سلمية أخرى تختارها.

2. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٢- أي نزاع بين اﻷطراف يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة، لا تتم تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by the parties to the dispute shall, at the request of either party to the dispute, be referred to the Council for decision.
1- كل نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق ولا يتوصل طرفا النزاع إلى تسويته يحال، بناء على طلب أي منهما، إلى المجلس للبت فيه.

١- أي نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق ولا تتم تسويته بين اﻷعضاء المعنيين يحال الى المجلس للبت فيه بناء على طلب أي عضو طرف في النزاع.

٢ - يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة محكمين مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء أي نزاع بين الطرفين يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو بنظم المحكمة وتتعذر تسويته وديا.

" The Government of the Republic of Indonesia does not consider itself bound by the provision of Article 17, paragraph 2 of this Convention and takes the position that any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of the Convention may only be submitted to arbitration or to the International Court of Justice with the agreement of all parties to the dispute " .

Iraq also enters a reservation to article 29, paragraph 1, of this Convention with regard to the principle of international arbitration in connection with the interpretation or application of this Convention.
كما يبدي العراق تحفُّظاً على الفقرة 1 من المادة 29 من هذه الاتفاقية بشأن مبدأ التحكيم الدولي فيما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية.
