In the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute initiated a project on human rights in the administration of justice, in cooperation with the Office of the Supreme People's Prosecutor and UNDP.

Encourages States to collect relevant information concerning children within their criminal justice systems so as to improve their administration of justice, while being mindful of the children's right to privacy, with full respect for relevant international human rights instruments, and bearing in mind applicable international standards on human rights in the administration of justice;
61- يشجع الدول على أن تجمع المعلومات المناسبة المتعلقة بالأطفال في نظمها القضائية الجنائية لتحسين إقامة العدل، مع إيلاء الاعتبار لحق الطفل في الخصوصية، والاحترام الكامل لصكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة، ومراعاة المعايير الدولية السارية فيما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل؛

37. Reference is made to the report of the Secretary-General on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice (A/HRC/24/28) (see paragraph 17 above).

The present report is submitted pursuant to a request made by the General Assembly to the Secretary-General in its resolution 65/213 to submit a report on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice, as well as the activities undertaken by the United Nations system as a whole.
هذا التقرير مقدم استجابة لطلب من الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام في قرارها 65/213 بأن يقدم تقريرا عن آخر التطورات والتحديات والممارسات السليمة فيما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، وعن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها منظومة الأمم المتحدة ككل.

1. In its resolution 65/213, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its sixty-seventh session a report on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice, as well as the activities undertaken by the United Nations system as a whole.
1 - طلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 65/213، إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة، في دورتها السابعة والستين، تقريرا عن آخر التطورات والتحديات والممارسات السليمة فيما يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، وعن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها منظومة الأمم المتحدة ككل.

61. Also notes with appreciation the latest report of the Secretary-General submitted to the Human Rights Council on the latest developments, challenges and good practices in human rights in the administration of justice, analysing the international legal and institutional framework for the protection of all persons deprived of their liberty;
