4. Also urges Member States to take all necessary and effective measures, including legal reform, where appropriate, to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against children in contact with the criminal justice system as victims or witnesses or as children alleged as, accused of or recognized as having infringed criminal law;
4 - تحث أيضا الدول الأعضاء على اتخاذ جميع التدابير الضرورية الفعالة، بما فيها تدابير الإصلاح القانوني، حسب الاقتضاء، من أجل منع جميع أشكال العنف ضد الأطفال الذين يحتكون بنظام العدالة الجنائية كضحايا أو شهود أو يزعم انتهاكهم للقانون الجنائي أو يتهمون بذلك أو يثبت عليهم ذلك والتصدي لها؛

3. The Model Strategies and Practical Measures take into account the fact that children who are alleged as, accused of or recognized as having infringed criminal law, especially those who are deprived of their liberty, face a high risk of violence.
٣ - كما تأخذ الاستراتيجيات والتدابير العملية النموذجية بعين الاعتبار أن الأطفال الذين يدعى أنهم انتهكوا القانون الجنائي، أو يتهمون بذلك أو يثبت عليهم ذلك، خاصة من كان منهم مسلوب الحرية، إنما يواجهون مخاطر عنف جمة.

55. Also urges States to presume children alleged as, accused of or recognized as having infringed the criminal law to be under the age of majority when their age is in doubt until such an assumption is rebutted by the prosecution, and to treat the accused as a juvenile if the burden is not met;
55- يحث أيضاً الدول على أن تفترض عدم بلوغ الأطفال الذين يدعى انتهاكهم للقانون الجنائي، أو يتهمون بذلك أو يثبت عليهم ذلك، سن الرشد إلى أن يفند الادعاء هذا الافتراض، وأن تعامل المتهمين باعتبارهم أحداثاً ما لم يثبت العكس؛

134. Please indicate the measures adopted pursuant to article 40, paragraph 3 to promote the establishment of laws, procedures, authorities and institutions specially applicable to children alleged as, accused of, or recognized as having infringed the penal law, providing information inter alia on the areas addressed by legislation and procedures, as well as the functions, number and distribution throughout the country.
