If a Party develops an implementation plan in accordance with Article 20, the Party may include in it the plan prepared pursuant to this paragraph.

2. In the event of a revision of the UNCITRAL Rules on Transparency, a Party may, within six months of the adoption of such revision, declare that it shall not apply that revised version of the Rules.

During that four-year period, a Party may revoke its notification thereby accepting that, from that date, communications may be brought before the Compliance Committee by one or more members of the public concerning that Party's compliance with the Convention.

فإذا وجدت لجنة الامتثال أن طرفاً لم يستوف شرطاً أو أكثر من شروط الأهلية، لا يجوز للطرف أن ينقل ويحتاز إلا حين ترى لجنة الامتثال أنه يستوفي تلك الشروط ومن ثم تعيد اعطاءه أهلية النقل والاحتياز.
