9. ٩ - يطلب إلى اﻹدارة الانتقالية والقوة المتعددة الجنسيات التي نشرت عملا بالقرار ١٢٦٤ )١٩٩٩( أن تتعاونا معا على نحو وثيق، وذلك أيضا بغية إحلال العنصر العسكري لﻹدارة الانتقالية محل القوة المتعددة الجنسيات في أقرب وقت ممكن، وفقا لما يحدده اﻷمين العام بعد التشاور مع قيادة القوة المتعددة الجنسيات، واضعا في الاعتبار الظروف القائمة في الميدان؛

2. The Special Tribunal shall commence functioning on a date to be determined by the Secretary-General in consultation with the Government, taking into account the progress of the work of the International Independent Investigation Commission.
2 - تباشر المحكمة الخاصة أعمالها في موعد يحدده الأمين العام بالتشاور مع الحكومة، آخذا في اعتباره التقدم المحرز في عمل لجنة التحقيق الدولية المستقلة.

2. Notes that, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of the annexed document, the Special Tribunal shall commence functioning on a date to be determined by the Secretary-General in consultation with the Government of Lebanon, taking into account the progress of the work of the International Independent Investigation Commission;
2 - يشير إلى أنه، عملا بالمادة 19 (2) من الوثيقة المرفقة، تبدأ المحكمة الخاصة عملها في تاريخ يحدده الأمين العام بالتشاور مع الحكومة اللبنانية، مع مراعاة التقدم المحرز في أعمال لجنة التحقيق الدولية المستقلة؛

(c) Annual leave may be accumulated, provided that not more than twelve weeks of such leave shall be carried forward beyond 1 April of any year or such other date as the Secretary-General may set for a duty station.
(ج) يجوز تجميع الإجازة السنوية، بحيث لا يجري ترحيل ما يزيد عن اثنى عشر أسبوعا بعد 1 نيسان/أبريل من أي سنة أو بعد أي تاريخ آخر قد يحدده الأمين العام لأي مركز عمل.

(b) A staff member who holds a temporary appointment may accumulate and carry forward up to 18 working days of annual leave by 1 April of any year or such other date as the Secretary-General may set for a duty station, subject to staff rule 4.12 (b).
(ب)يجوز للموظف المعين تعيينا مؤقتا أن يجمع ويرحل ما لا يزيد عن 18 يوم عمل من الإجازة السنوية حتى 1 نيسان/أبريل من أي عام أو حتى أي تاريخ آخر قد يحدده الأمين العام لمركز عمل ما، وذلك رهنا بأحكام القاعدة 4-12 (ب) من النظام الإداري للموظفين.

(d) A staff member who holds a fixed-term or a continuing appointment may accumulate and carry forward up to 60 working days of annual leave by 1 April of any year or such other date as the Secretary-General may set for a duty station.
(د)يجوز للموظف المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أو المعين تعيينا مستمرا أن يجمع ويرحل ما لا يزيد عن 60 يوم عمل من الإجازة السنوية حتى 1 نيسان/أبريل من أي عام أو حتى أي تاريخ آخر قد يحدده الأمين العام لمركز عمل ما.
