2 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن ينشر، بوسائل منها الوسائل الإلكترونية، دليل اشتراع وتفسير القانون النموذجي للإعسار عبر الحدود، إلى جانب نص القانون النموذجي للإعسار عبر الحدود()، وأن يحيله إلى الحكومات والهيئات المهتمة بالأمر، لكي يصبح معروفا ومتاحا على نطاق واسع؛

6. Ms. Clift (Secretariat) suggested amending the text to read: " and transmit it to Governments with the request that it be made widely available to judicial institutions, courts and other interested bodies " .
6- السيدة كليفت (الأمانة): اقترحت تعديل النص ليصبح كالآتي: " وأن يحيله إلى الحكومات طالباً إليها إتاحته على نطاق واسع للمؤسسات القضائية والمحاكم وغيرها من الهيئات المهتمة " .

429- ولاحظت اللجنة أن الجمعية العامة طلبت إلى الأمين العام، في قرارها 63/121، أن يعمّم على نطاق واسع نص دليل الأونسيترال التشريعي بشأن المعاملات المضمونة، وأن يحيله إلى الحكومات والهيئات الأخرى المهتمة، ومنها مثلاً المؤسسات المالية وغرف التجارة على المستويين الوطني والدولي.
