Each State Party shall take all necessary measures to prevent any activity prohibited by this Treaty on its territory or in any other place under its jurisdiction or control.

5. Provide its general plan for destruction of nuclear weapons that it owns or possesses, or that are located in any place under its jurisdiction or control.

It could establish a legal obligation to secure radioactive materials and, to that end, establish common standards of national implementation including, among others, a requirement to enact penal legislation relating to any prohibited activity undertaken anywhere on the territory of any State party or in any other place under the jurisdiction or control of that party.

(a) To prohibit and prevent the development, production, stockpiling, acquisition or retention of the agents, toxins, weapons, equipment and means of delivery specified in Article I of the Convention, within their territory or anywhere under their jurisdiction or under their control anywhere;
(أ) تحظر وتمنع استحداث أو إنتاج أو تخزين أو احتياز أو استبقاء العوامل أو التكسينات، أو الأسلحة أو معدات ووسائل إيصال المحددة في المادة الأولى من الاتفاقية، في أراضيها أو في أي مكان آخر يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها؛

13. Further demands that all parties and all States ensure cooperation with the Group of Experts by individuals and entities within their jurisdiction or under their control;

2. Specify the precise location, aggregate quantity and detailed inventory of nuclear weapons it owns or possesses, or that are located in any place under its jurisdiction or control.
2 - التحديد الدقيق للموقع والكمية الإجمالية والجرد التفصيلي للأسلحة النووية التي تمتلكها أو توجد في حيازتها أو التي تكون قائمة في أي مكان يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها.

10. With respect to other nuclear facilities, declare the precise location, nature and scope of activities of any nuclear facility under its ownership or possession, or located in any place under its jurisdiction or control.
10 - فيما يتعلق بالمرافق النووية الأخرى، الإعلان الدقيق عن المكان والطبيعة والنطاق العام لأنشطة أي مرفق نووي هو في نطاق ملكيتها أو حيازتها أو قائم في أي مكان يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها.

Question 7: The phrase " in any other place under its jurisdiction or control " (art.

Remark: In accordance with Article 9, " Each State Party shall take all appropriate legal, administrative and other measures, including the imposition of penal sanctions, to prevent and suppress any activity prohibited to a State Party under this Convention undertaken by persons or on territory under its jurisdiction or control " .

50. The Agency shall enjoy on the territory and in any other place under the jurisdiction or control of a State Party such legal capacity and such privileges and immunities as are appropriate for the exercise of its functions.
50 - تتمتع الوكالة في إقليم الدولة العضو وفي أي مكان آخر يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها بالصفة القانونية وبالامتيازات والحصانات اللازمة لممارسة وظائفها.

1. The Organization shall enjoy on the territory and in any other place under the jurisdiction or control of a State Party such legal capacity and such privileges and immunities as are necessary for the exercise of its functions.
١- تتمتع المنظمة في اقليم الدولة الطرف وفي أي مكان آخر يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها باﻷهلية القانونية وبالامتيازات والحصانات اللازمة لممارسة وظائفها.

7. [If so requested, the Technical Secretariat shall forward any request for information made by any State Party to any other State Party regarding any event relevant to this Treaty occurring on the territory or at any other place under the jurisdiction or control of the latter State.
٧- ]تقوم اﻷمانة الفنية، إذا ما طُلب إليها ذلك،باحالة أي طلب معلومات تقدمه أية دولة طرف الى أية دولة طرف أخرى فيما يتعلق بأية ظاهرة ذات صلة بهذه المعاهدة تحدث في أراضي الدولة الثانية أو في اي مكان آخر يخضع لولايتها أو سلطتها.

B. Other international organizations 1. The Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty prohibits " any nuclear weapon test explosion or any other nuclear explosion " and requires States Parties to prohibit and prevent any such nuclear explosion at any place under their jurisdiction or control.
1 - تمنع معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية إجراء ' ' أي تفجير من تفجيرات تجارب الأسلحة النووية أو أي تفجير نووي آخر``، ويطلب من الدول الأطراف حظر ومنع أي تفجير نووي من هذا القبيل في أي مكان يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها.

(a) To prohibit the development, production, stockpiling, acquisition or retention of microbial or other biological agents, or toxins, weapons, equipment and means of delivery, specified in Article I of the Convention, within their territory or anywhere under their jurisdiction or control;
(أ) تحظر استحداث أو إنتاج أو تخزين أو احتياز أو استبقاء عوامل جرثومية أو بيولوجية أخرى، أو تكسينات، أو أسلحة ومعدات ووسائل إيصال على النحو المحدد في المادة الأولى من الاتفاقية، في أراضيها أو في أي مكان آخر يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها؛

13. Demands that all parties and all States ensure cooperation with the Group of Experts by individuals and entities within their jurisdiction or under their control;

6. A State Party may also upon ratification or accession submit a public declaration delaying visits by the Subcommittee to its territory or places where persons are deprived of their liberty under its jurisdiction and control, for a maximum of two years after the entry into force of the Optional Protocol for that State Party.
6- يجوز للدولة الطرف أيضاً، وقت التصديق أو الانضمام، إصدار إعلان عام بتأخير زيارات اللجنة الفرعية إلى ما يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها من الأماكن التي يوجد بها أشخاص محرومون من حريتهم، وذلك لمدة أقصاها عامان من تاريخ سريان البروتوكول الاختياري على تلك الدولة الطرف.
