6. invites affected country Parties to consider the establishment of targets using the progress indicators attached to decision 22/COP.11, as well as nationally and locally relevant indicators for monitoring progress made in the implementation of the Convention and The Strategy at the national level;
6- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى النظر في إمكانية تحديد غايات باستخدام مؤشرات قياس التقدم المحرز المرفقة بالمقرر 22/م أ-11، فضلاً عن المؤشرات المناسبة وطنياً ومحلياً اللازمة لرصد التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الاتفاقية والاستراتيجية على المستوى الوطني؛

10. invites affected country Parties to develop and implement a new indicator integration framework as part of the monitoring and evaluation approach to track progress and report at multiple scales on meeting policy objectives addressing desertification/land degradation and drought.
10- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى وضع وتنفيذ إطار جديد لتكامل المؤشرات كجزء من نهج الرصد والتقييم من أجل تتبع التقدم المحرز والإبلاغ استناداً إلى نطاقات متعددة عن الوفاء بالأهداف السياساتية التي تعالج التصحر/تدهور الأراضي والجفاف.

15. invites affected country Parties, with support from the Global Mechanism, to increase their efforts to establish integrated investment frameworks with the aim of ensuring that at least 50 per cent of affected country Parties and subregional and regional entities have developed integrated investment frameworks by 2014;

14. invites affected country Parties to adopt (1) a participatory approach to operational planning, the identification of resource mobilization opportunities, as appropriate, and the outlining of challenges such as gaps in technical and human capacity; and (2) a systematic approach to the realization of synergies between the Rio conventions at national level;

1. invites affected country Parties to step up their efforts in submitting project proposals, including those that promote synergistic implementation of the Rio conventions at the national, subregional and regional levels, to multilateral financial institutions, facilities and funds, and to take advantage of support provided for this purpose, particularly (but not limited to) the resources allocated under the Global Environment Facility;
1- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى مضاعفة جهودها لتقديم مقترحات مشاريع، بما فيها المشاريع التي تعزز التنفيذ التآزري لاتفاقيات ريو على الصعد الوطني ودون الإقليمي والإقليمي، إلى المؤسسات والمرافق والصناديق المالية المتعددة الأطراف، وإلى الاستفادة من الدعم المقدم لهذا الغرض، وخاصة (لكن ليس حصراً) الموارد المخصصة في إطار مرفق البيئة العالمية؛

51. A decision at the sixth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 6) should invite affected country Parties and developed country Parties to set up, on a voluntary basis, a country-driven consultative mechanism in countries that have finalized their NAPs.
