strongly condemns all violations of applicable international law involving the recruitment and use of children by parties to armed conflict as well as their re-recruitment, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks against schools or hospitals and denial of humanitarian access by parties to armed conflict and all other violations of international law committed against children in situations of armed conflict;
يدين بقوة جميع انتهاكات القانون الدولي الساري المتمثلة في تجنيد واستخدام الأطفال من قبل أطراف النزاع المسلح وإعادة تجنيدهم، وقتلهم وتشويههم واغتصابهم وارتكاب الأشكال الأخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم، واختطافهم، وتنفيذ الهجمات على المدارس أو المستشفيات، وقيام الأطراف في النزاع المسلح بمنع وصول المساعدة الإنسانية، وجميع الانتهاكات الأخرى للقانون الدولي المرتكبة ضد الأطفال في حالات النزاع المسلح؛

1. strongly condemns all violations of applicable international law involving the recruitment and use of children by parties to armed conflict, as well as their rerecruitment, killing and maiming, rape and other sexual violence, abductions, attacks against schools or hospitals and denial of humanitarian access by parties to armed conflict and all other violations of international law committed against children in situations of armed conflict;
1 - يدين بقوة جميع انتهاكات القانون الدولي الساري المتمثلة في تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم من قبل أطراف النزاع المسلح وإعادة تجنيدهم وقتلهم وتشويههم واغتصابهم وإخضاعهم لأشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي واختطافهم وشن الهجمات على المدارس أو المستشفيات وقيام الأطراف في النزاع المسلح بمنع وصول المساعدة الإنسانية وجميع الانتهاكات الأخرى للقانون الدولي المرتكبة ضد الأطفال في حالات النزاع المسلح؛

1 - يدين بقوة جميع انتهاكات القانون الدولي الساري المتمثلة في تجنيد واستخدام الأطفال من قبل أطراف النزاع المسلح وإعادة تجنيدهم، وقتلهم وتشويههم واغتصابهم وارتكاب الأشكال الأخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم، واختطافهم، وتنفيذ الهجمات على المدارس أو المستشفيات، وقيام الأطراف في النزاع المسلح بمنع وصول المساعدة الإنسانية، وجميع الانتهاكات الأخرى للقانون الدولي المرتكبة ضد الأطفال في حالات النزاع المسلح؛

2. strongly condemns all violations of international humanitarian law, including in particular the unacceptable practice of " ethnic cleansing " perpetrated in Banja Luka, Bijeljina and other areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces, and reaffirms that those who have committed or have ordered the commission of such acts will be held individually responsible in respect of such acts;
٢ - يدين بقوة جميع انتهاكات القانون الانساني الدولي، بما فيها على وجه الخصوص ممارسة " التطهير اﻹثني " غير المقبولة المرتكبة في بانيالوكا وبييليينا والمناطق اﻷخرى الواقعة تحت سيطرة القوات الصربية البوسنية من جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك، ويؤكد من جديد أن اﻷشخاص الذين ارتكبوا أو أمروا بارتكاب تلك اﻷفعال سيعتبرون مسؤولين فرديا عن تلك الانتهاكات؛
