وفي هذا الصدد، يذكّر الحكومة بالتزامها بحماية الأشخاص من التعرض لسوء المعاملة أو التخويف أو الانتقام وفقاً للمادة 13-3 (الحماية من سوء المعاملة أو التهديد أو الانتقام) و13-5 (ضمان المعاقبة على أي معاملة سيئة أو تهديد أو عمل انتقامي) من الإعلان.

202. The Working Group wishes to remind the Government, however, of its responsibilities under article 13 of the Declaration to conduct thorough and impartial investigations into all cases of disappearance for as long as the fate of the victim remains unclarified.
٢٠٢- ويود الفريق العامل أن يذكّر الحكومة مع ذلك بمسؤولياتها بموجب المادة ٣١ من الاعلان بإجراء تحقيقات شاملة ونزيهة في جميع حالات الاختفاء ما دام مصير الضحايا لم يوضح بعد.

In this connection, it would like to remind the Government that all persons deprived of liberty shall be held in an officially recognized place of detention and have prompt access to family members, legal counsel and judicial authorities, in accordance with articles 9 and 10 of the Declaration.
وفي هذا الصدد، يود الفريق أن يذكّر الحكومة بأن جميع الأشخاص المحرومين من حريتهم يجب أن يحبسوا في أماكن احتجاز معترف بها رسمياً وأن توفر لهم إمكانية اتصال سريعة بأسرهم ومحاميهم وبالسلطات القضائية، وفقاً للمادتين 9 و10 من الإعلان.

44. The Special Rapporteur would like to remind the Government of the human dimension of its continuing to hold prisoners of conscience, many with unacceptably long sentences.
44 - ويود المقرر الخاص أن يذكّر الحكومة بما ينطوي عليه استمرارها في احتجاز سجناء الرأي، والحكم على العديد منهم بالسجن فترات طويلة غير مقبولة، من مساس بالجانب الإنساني.

232. In addition, the Working Group wishes to remind the Government of its obligation under articles 10 and 14 of the Declaration to make promptly available to families and legal counsels accurate information on all detained persons, and to bring the perpetrators of all acts of enforced disappearance to justice.
٢٣٢- وعلاوة على ذلك، يود الفريق العامل أن يذكّر الحكومة بالتزامها بموجب المادتين ٠١ و٤١ من اﻹعلان بإتاحة المعلومات الدقيقة المتعلقة بجميع اﻷشخاص المحتجزين فوراً ﻷُسرهم ومحاميهم، وبتقديم مرتكبي جميع أفعال الاختفاء القسري إلى العدالة.

190. However, the Working Group wishes to remind the Government of its responsibilities under article 13 of the Declaration to conduct impartial and effective investigations into alleged cases of disappearance until the fate and whereabouts of the victims are established beyond a reasonable doubt, and to guarantee a prompt and effective judicial remedy to prevent disappearances, in accordance with article 9 of the Declaration.
٠٩١- بيد أن الفريق العامل يود أن يذكّر الحكومة بمسؤولياتها بموجب المادة ٣١ من اﻹعلان بإجراء تحقيقات نزيهة وفعالة في حالات الاختفاء المدعاة إلى أن يتم إثبات مصير وأماكن وجود الضحايا بما لا يدع مجالاً لشك معقول، وبكفالة سبل انتصاف قضائية سريعة وفعالة للحيلولة دون حدوث حالات اختفاء، وفقا للمادة ٩ من الاعلان.
