٢٢- وفضلا عن ذلك يرجى من الدول أن تصف التدابير المتخذة أو المتوخاة، عملا بالمادة ٢٤ من الاتفاقية، لنشر مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها على نطاق واسع بالوسائل الملائمة والفعالة، بين الكبار واﻷطفال على السواء.
