The representatives of organizations which have been granted observer status in the United Nations; of United Nations organs; of specialized or other related agencies and of other intergovernmental organizations invited to the Conference may participate as observers in the deliberations of the Conference and its subsidiary organs.
ويمكن لممثلي المنظمات التي منحت مركز المراقب لدى اﻷمم المتحدة؛ ولممثلي هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة؛ ولممثلي الوكالات المتخصصة والوكالات اﻷخرى المتصلة بها ولممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية اﻷخرى المدعوة لحضور المؤتمر أن يشتركوا كمراقبين في مداولات المؤتمر وهيئاته الفرعية.
